My name is Mitra, and I have a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and well-being. My journey began while attending the University of Oregon, where I developed the foundation for my career as a health and exercise professional. As an avid trail runner, cyclist, and longtime yoga practitioner, I understand the value of maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle.
For more than 12 years, I have worked as a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Instructor in athletic clubs, fitness studios, corporate wellness centers, and higher education settings throughout Oregon and Washington. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in Community Health, Exercise Science, and Nutrition.
I specialize in nature-inspired fitness and wellness programming, along with mobile personal training and wellness coaching. My approach is rooted in my experiences as an outdoor endurance athlete and the years I spent living on the Olympic Peninsula and working for the Olympic National Park. It was there that I first experienced the benefits of incorporating the natural environment into my training, and since then, moving through nature has been a lifelong pursuit.
I believe nature offers a unique sense of freedom, inspiration, and empowerment. Today, I combine my professional expertise and personal experiences to help clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyles through movement, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
I am truly honored and privileged to share my personal story and professional experience to inspire and coach my clients toward lasting health, well-being, and resilience.
